Shower steamers release menthol vapors that work perfectly to cool, calm and clear nasal passages.  Easy to use in the shower or even in a dish with a splash of water near you while you relax in your favorite recliner. Please note that these should not be used a bath bombs. You most certainly do not want to mentholate your whole body.
